Celebrating National Girls & Women in Sports Day

Today, we celebrate the accomplishments, perseverance and contributions of girls and women in sports. 

At RYSE Energy StarCenter Multisport Farmers Branch and The MAC, we are proud to have so many talented female athletes and coaches who play and lead with passion.

Every day, the girls and women in our facilities push the boundaries of what is possible, from our youth athletes mastering their skills to our experienced coaches developing the next generation of talent. Our facilities provide a safe and encouraging environment where girls and women have the support they need to grow and excel. Whether it is through basketball, volleyball, pickleball or throwball, we create opportunities for girls and women to challenge themselves, build confidence and reach their full potential. 

Recognizing the achievements of girls and women in sports goes beyond just one day. We work year-round to ensure the female athletes can showcase their skills and talent. We offer programming and training that encourages girls to push their limits and achieve their goals while our female coaches are empowered to lead and mentor the next generation of athletes.
